    In '98 people named Frayne's had a shop there. Mr Frayne was a quiet, harmless man.
    He was standing at the door of his house, one evening when he saw two of his friends coming down the street between a couple of officers.
    He went over to the officer in charge and asked him what had they done and could he do anything to help.
