  1. The most important crop growing is the potato and it is taken great care of.
    First of all the farmer ploughs the ground and then puts out the manure. In each ridge there are about five scrapes and a hinton.
    Every farmer sets at least an acre of potatoes.
    A lot of them set the potatoes in ridges others in drills. Some say the are better in ridges.
