  1. About 27 years ago there were a man and woman living in a house for them selves not very far from our house. They were named Mulvey. They left that house a few years before the burning took place and the house was vacant. At Easter the neighbour's children had a cúldog in the old house. In the evening the children put down a big fire. They put a big block on the fire and did not quench the fire properly. That night the house went on fire. and the following morning it was burned out completely and only a few scattered stones mark the spot where the house stood.
