    and the three sat around the ball and watched it but at last they fell asleep and when they awake the ball was gone. They were teribly frightened and then Hear Well thought of a plan He put his ear to the ground and heard the ball hopping several miles away Then he told Run Well to run after it and he did But he was a long time away and Hear Well put his ear to the ground and he heard Run Well snoring asleep under a rock and he told Shoot Well to send a shot to waken him and he wakened him and Run Well ran off again and got the ball hopping into a ditch and he got it and brought it back. The three were delighted then
