  1. People used to eat three times a day. Breakfast dinner and supper. People had to get up in the morning and work before the Breakfast they did eat poreidge and butter milk for their Breakfast, and potatoes for the dinner and for the supper. Potatoes were eaten nearly at all meals. Milk was drunk Butter milk mostly. People did not sit at the table but around the potatoe basket. The table was placed near the wall. The table was never hung up against the wall.
