  1. The present month is May and in this month the farmers are very busy cutting their turf.
    First of all two or three men go to clean the bank. They cut off the top green sod known as roolers, until they reach the good turf, and then they are ready to cut the turf.
    When they are going to cut the turf, three men usually go, a slanesman, a barrowman, and a man to catch the turf.
