- O my good Angel Guardian whom God in his mercy has appointed to watch over me protect Guide Guard govern me this day and more especially at the hour of my death Amen.
O most chaste Virgin obtain for me purity of soul and body In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost Amen.
O Eternal Father I offer to thee the most precious blood of Jesus Christ in satisfaction for my sins and for the wants of Holy Church.
My God I offer thee this day all I shall do or think or say unite in it by what was done on earth by Jesus Christ thy son I make this offering for the sould whom God's own Mother will release that she may place them near her Son in ever lasting rest in peace O Mary bless thy child this day and Guide me on thy heavenly way.
