    Parach was going to use the hammer on the sore spot on the man's back. When Caol Ruad appeared at the door and enquired what was a miss. When he was told he took the hammer in his hand and struck the lightest blow possible on the man's back. The pain vanished and he felt as well as he ever did in his life. After that Parach an soc became famous for curing diseases both of human beings and of horses and Caol Ruad would help him in every diffuclty
