    the stone will go off very fast.
    Bird Traps are made this way. Make a hole in the ground. Then get a slate and put it sideways over the hole with the meal, then get a rod and put it around the hole in a half circle. Then put a stick holding up the slate and the birds come and jump up on the stick. Then the stick falls and then the slate falls down on the bird.
    Whistles are made this way. Get a piece of a stick and bore a hole through it, then stop up one end, then bore a hole in the stick an inch from the other end, then stop up half of the hole, then blow into tit and it will whistle.
