    Every man around Shelagh church that had a horse and cart, carted stones to the chruch.
    Courtbane school was to be built is Courtbane. They did not build it in Courtbane because there was a school in Courtbane
    Michael Malone and his son Peter from Crossmaglen and Jack Callan from Cullaville built Courtbane school. They lived inteh old barracks where Master Hearty lives now.
    Michael Malone and Barney Brannigan and his brother from Shanmullagh built Shelagh school in 1881.
