  1. There is only one tailor in Tullaroan and his name is John Bergin. He is living in a house mending or making clothes and he doesn't stock cloth either.
    Long ago tailors went from house to house mending and mading clothes. They gave a week in every townsland and they slept in the house they were working in.
    Long ago the people of Tullaroan grew their own flax and made their own cloth. There are some spinning wheels in Tullaroan yet but they are not used because there is no flax grown in Tullaroan.
