  1. There is a monument in the village of Tullaroan. It was put up in memory of the Graces of Courstown. When one of them was coming home from Kilkenny he was shot at White's gate of Lacken. There was a monument put up there and another in Tullaroan because it was the nearest village to it.
The stuaic of Rathealy is situated in Mr. Holaghan's field. The monument in Rathealy was put up in memory of a church which was supposed to be the parish church long ago.
