    Those sugans were used for putting seats on kitchen chairs which are now fast disappearing from country homes and being replaced by uncomfortable boarded chairs.
    Those rush chairs were much superior to either boarded or coir rope chairs for in addition of being more comfortable the seat of the persons trousers or who sat on them lasted longer
