    One day when Fionn mac Cumhal the captain of the Fianna was out hunting, he got separated from his companions. He happened to be on the hills of Burren and after some wandering he came to the village of Ballyvaughan. When he knew where he was, he joined a game of hurling, but before the game was half over a boat came in (to) to the bay.
