   Rheumatism: Young nettles are good for rheumatism. They are boiled and taken three times in the year. Sprained Ankle: If a person sprained his ankle bog onions are a good cure for it. They are found growing in a bog or marshy place. They are then put into spring for a few days. Then they turn into jelly and they are rubbed into the sore part and they are a great cure for sprains or hurts.
