There is a holy well near Kilkenny. It is called Ladys Well.
People made a custom of going to that well during the third and fourth Sunday in August. The rosary was said there for the week,
It would be said a certain time of the day all the people used to go to it. Everybody would have to drink some of the water out of it. It would finish up the fourth Sunday in August.
