  2. There are many old Graveyards in the parish of Fethard some of which are Tullamarine, Red City, Pepperstown and Kiltinan. There are three in the town of Fethard, the Parish church graveyard, the Abbey graveyard which is a very old one, and the Protestant church.
    There is a church in the Tullamaine graveyard but there is not any one in the others. There was a traitor of Father Sheehy buried in the Red City graveyard. It is said that the graveyard jumped over to the other side of the road, soon after his burial. The ruins of the church are on one side of the road and the graveyard is at the other side.
