    To build that lordly mansion,

    Ah, many a poor wanderer
    Got reason to complain.

    Is ever open wide,
    His hands and heart are ready for The stranger to provide ;
    The mariner off the stormy main,
    The beggar of the road,
    Shall ever find a shelter 'neath
    The roof of his abode.
