    Other names: loca lín in Monameigh near school is a pond. It was used for flax and a stone on the brink was used for pounding the flax. This was removed a few years ago. The Dooneen or duïnín name of a pond on Mr Price's farm. It is of a curious shape something like a fiddle and is said to be "bottomless". It is deep. Drockler or Drohuly is the name of a well in Price's. Clois Nóra is a hollow in Mrs Bowe's farm near the Fethard road about 100 yds from school
