    by the sow. There is a pot of gold supposed to be buried in Garrangreena. It is said to be buried in Mr. English's field. The man who buried it lived there long ago, and the ruins of his house are to be seen in that field yet. His name was "Mile" Bourke. He was attacked one night by three men and killed and he is supposed to have buried his money in that field.
