One night long long ago as Richard Ryan of Donohill was coming from a friend's house where he had been playing cards.
It was about eleven o'clock and when he was passing Donohill graveyard he saw about four persons whom he knew to be dead for many years.
He ran as quickly as he could go and the spirits after him.
When he reached the Creamery the spirits disappeared he went into a house near-by and stayed there for the night.
