    One night as Mr Bergin was coming home from Nenagh...

    One night as Mr. Bergin was coming home from Nenagh and when he came as far as Kilcommon he took a short cut home across the hills and when he came as far as a hill called Jeremiah hill he heard a lot of horses galloping after him. He began to run and he said that they came near him a couple of times.
    He looked back a couple of times but he could see nothing.
    When he came up on the top of his hill he stopped for a couple of minutes smd he could not hear or see anything. He
