    One night long long ago as John Bradshaw was coming home from Greenfields where he was working...

    and when he saw the light he fell on the floor in a weakness. After about a half-hour he got alright and two men brought him out and when they came as far as that place again they saw what he had seen. John did not want to go past the place where the fairy-men were but after a while he came with them home, and went to bed and got reels in his head and was very bad, and it was a long time till he was found out late again.
