  1. During the Penal Times, a priest dressed in ordinary clothes, used to visit a house in this part of the country very frequently. He was very fond of the children and they were very fond of him. He used to bring them toys occassionally.
    This day when he was in the house, he was playing with the children and one of them took his Crucifix from his pocket without his knowledge. In a short time the house was entered by soldiers who were priest hunting. They searched the priest but not discovering any religious object on his person they let him off.
