  2. The Leipreachan is locally known as the fairy shoe maker. He is supposed to be about three inches high, live under a mushroom, and come out to work in the evening. He is supposed to carry on his shoe-making in the School Lios, around Redwood Castle, in Grange Lios, in Puck's Lios in Mr. Grogan's field, and in Pat Brown's field.
He is dressed in a red jacket, green three-cornered, pointed cap and red breeches to his knees. He wears pointed shoes, with turned-up toes, and green socks.
His occupation is making shoes, mending them, and minding gold-crocks.
