3/ Throwing 35 lbs for height 21 ft at New York.
4/ Throwing 35 lbs for distance 63ft 4 3/4 ins from a 7 feet circle at New York.
5/ Putting 28 lbs weight for distance 38ft 10 ins at New York.
6/ Putting 42 lbs - 29ft 1 ins at New York.
7/ Putting 56 lb - 25ft 1 ins at New York in 1913.
8/ Throwing 56lbs - 42ft 10 3/4 ins from a 7 ft circle at Chicago.(continues on next page)
