  2. About a mile from Kilfinane there is a well called St. Ann's well. People say it was decorated beautifully in ancient times and was visited three times in the year by pilgrims. In January in July and in October. On may day they gave their children three tea spoons of its water to protect them from the fairies. No one has ever heard
