On this occasion Bill Linane was working in this district.
This man was a working man and he was a bit simple, although he said witty things.
One day he went to confession because he heard the Missioner preach a sermon on sin the previous night.
He had a number of sins to tell and when the priest had heard them he told Bill he was on the brink of hell.
Bill replied "Isn't it a queer place you built your confession box Father."
