    three or four oclock and he
    went on towards Killeedy and
    he had to travel three or
    four houses before he succeeded
    in finding the hay. Having
    found it he filled his load
    and started on his journey
    home. It was then about
    seven oclock at night when
    he arrived at Mr ODonoughue's
    house the man for whom
    he went for the hay at
    about eleven oclock.
    The following morning
    when the people got up there
    was about nine inches
    of snow on the ground.
    All the cows belonging to
    the neighbours were bellowing
    with the hunger as they
    had not any hay to
