  1. There are four graveyards in this parish. Ballyverry, Caherlag, Ballylucra and Kilquane. Ballylucra is in Brooklodge, Kilquane is in Knockraha and Ballyverry is in Wallingstown. All are still being used. None of the graveyards is round in shape. There are old church ruins in Ballyverry, Kilquane, Ballylucra
    There are trees growing in Ballyverry. There is a very old tomb there. People are buried within the ruin of this churchyard. Unbaptised children are buried in consecrated ground usually in the family graves.
