    halter. The greatest fair of the year is held in October and is called 'Aonach a Dip'. There is a special fair held in August and another in September for the sale of horses.
    Bartlemy fair used to be held in July and September. It was called the clans. One of the crowd used to take off his coat and drag it after him along the street, and the crowd used to follow him. One of the crowd used to try and stand on the coat, and if he did the man used to start fighting with the challenger.
