  1. The water with which a corpse is washed should not be thrown out till after the funeral. It is usually kept under the bed, and when the funeral coffin departs from the house, the water is thrown out in the direction in which the funeral has gone.
    Any clothes should not be removed from a wake house to another house without first sprinkling water on them.
