  2. There is a bridge near my house called 'The Lady's Bridge', and there is a well near the bridge and it is said that a certain lady was drowned there. It is said that the people who were living in 'The Great House' gave a feast, and that this certain lady was one of the guests. Late that evening she went out walking and did not return.
The people went looking for her and found her drowned in this well.
It is said that as the lady was returning to 'The Great House' that she did not see the well, and fell into it and was drowned.
It is also said that the ghost of this lady used be seen afterwards walking from 'The Great House' to The Lady's Bridge, so called because of the fact that the 'lady' was supposed to be seen often there.
