When some people die, lights are seen and the banshee is heard crying.
When members of other families are going to die, music is heard and a foot-ball is heard playing in the air.
Local customs at Wakes and Funerals :- When a person dies the clocks are stopped, and the mirrors are covered.
The corpse should not be left alone in the house.
The people that attend the wake, get refreshments, snuff and clay-pipes.
When the corpse is taken out, the feet should be faced out.
