  2. The name of the townland in which I live is Lissagroom. It is situated in the parish of Knockavilla in the barony of Kinalea. It is about thirteen miles from Cork city and about five miles from Bandon.
    There are twelve families in the townland of Lissagroom and each has a different name. There is a population of about forthy living there. Out of eleven houses there is only one tatched. There are three people over seventy years of age in the townland. Their names
