    Long ago there were three men lived in a house together. One of them used to stay out very late at night. It was very hard to frighten him and the other two wanted to frighten him. When he was gone out one night one of the men put a white cloth on him & lay up on the table pretending that he was dead. When the other man came home that night he found the man on the table and he was dead.
