    My Townland is situated in the barony of Athlone and it was granted by Cromwell some years ago. My townland is Carnagh East and it is situated in the parish of Saint John's. There are ten houses in this townland and the population is about seventy with an average of seven in each house.
    The land in my townland is very suitable for the cultivation of crops and for the rearing of cattle. The houses in this
