    The giant and his mother then fell asleep he crept out of bed and got his sword and cut off their two heads. The witch's head was trying to get on to her body again but he kept the sledge between her head and body and said, "Die there, you devil you!"
    Then Raymond carried the two heads home to the King. The King was very proud when he saw him coming. He got his servants to prepare a meal for him. Next he gave him his farm and his crock of gold.
    Raymond then went home and he bought a new dress of silk for his mother, Gráinne and they lived happily for many years afterwards.
