    To thy children's prayer incline
    While we sing to-day thy virtues
    And the glory which is thine.

    Holy Fintan, dearest Father,
    Hear thy loving children pray,
    Grant that we by thy protection
    Grow in virtue day by day.

    Blessed Saint we cannot tell,
    Favours countless thou has given.
