    The rainbow in the morning is the shepherd's warning.
    The rainbow at night is the shepherd's delight.
    In summer, a red sunset gives promise of a fine day.
    A halo round the moon is a sign of rain.
    The moon on her back indicates storms.
    The moon a reddish colour at night means a fine day.
    Stars twinkle brightly in frost.
    Falling stars mean rain.
    (A falling star is a sign of a soul going to heaven).
    If you wish when you see a star falling your wish will be granted.
