  1. Lisabuck Lough.
    Once upon a time there was a man fishing in Lisabuck Lough. This Lough is situated on the road leading from Annalore to Scotshouse. How-ever this man was fishing in a little "Cot" in the Lough. He came across a pan of gold. There were black-heads growing in this place. The man got his "Cot" beside this pan of gold but he did not touch it. There were four blackheads growing over this pan of gold. The man knotted these four blackheads together as a mark while he was going in search of help and horses. He came back to the Lough. There was not a blackhead in the lough but was knotted and he not know the four blackheads
