  1. Once upon a time there was a man and he had a barn beside his dwelling house. One evening in Winter an old beggar man came into his house and asked him for a night's lodging. The man told him he would let him sleep in his barn and welcome. The man of the house went out, showed the poor man his bed for the night, and closed the barn door. The old man was just falling asleep when he heard a loud noise like thunder and also someone shouting "Me and You". He woke up quickly and looked around the barn but he could not see anything. He was almost asleep again when he heard the same noise and the same words were repeated. "Stop" shouted the beggar man "and as soon as I get my shoes there will be only yourself in it.". He put on his shoes as fast as he could and ran for his life. He opened the door and ran out to the owner. The beggar man said "Theres a ghost in that barn and why did you tell me to go into it." The owner replied that he didn't know there was any ghost in the barn and he started
