    "I will bring in the night's turf before I take the posset". The cat was sitting on the hob and he heard what she said. "Take the ear down off me" said he "if you ever drink that posset"
    She paid no heed to him but went out for the turf. As she was coming in she saw the cat going up the chimney with the porringer and he was never seen since.
