    Coolnanoonagh (Cúl na n-iongnadh) also stretches to the shore. This townland lies behind the glen where Síle Bhuidhe is supposed to have hidden treasures or wonders.
    Glouncloosagh (Gleann cluasach) is a hollow on the road to Lislaughtin Abbey. When the Franciscan monks fled from Lisloughtin Abbey in , they were here overtaken by English soldiers who cut off their ears.
    West of these are four townlands or quarters
