  1. Old travellers called tinsmiths and gypsies call to my home frequently.
    Some of them are very poor, while others of them are rich. They sell cans and beg alms to make a living. They are not allowed to stay any longer than one night in any one place.
    Some of them make tents on the roadside and sleep in them. The best knows tinsmiths in my district are the Mc Donagh's and the Heaney's. They gather together on fair days, and about Christmas.
    The gypsies gather together on fair days, and indulge in drink and sometimes they are sent to prison.
