  2. Patrick Lavin, Carrick-on-Shannon told me that the site on which Mr Leavy's house in Lisduff is built was formerly a Mass rock, parts of it are still to be seen.

  3. In Curryeolais, in a field near Mr Hunt's house, there is a stone on which Mass was said, and a tree beside it known as the "Mass Tree" which marks the spot.
