    Long ago the people instead of bringing home the turf in a cart as we do brought it home by means of an ass and baskets.

    out on the donkey's neck, they made a straw rope and joined it on to the two mats of straw and put it under the donkey's tail and then they called this the Tierac. Poor donkeys often suffer from Losg a Tierac through carelessness and before anyone should work an ass and baskets, they should put a soft piece of cloth on the Tiereac to prevent it from cutting the donkey's tail.
