    Long ago there lived near Lough Gill in Sligo an old woman and her son, whose name was Séamus.

    towards his home. When he was coming near hs home, he saw dust coming whirling towards him, he thought it was better for him to get out of the way of the fairy wind. He tried to move the cow until she would not stir. "Bless the beast," he said "What is the matter with her," but as soon as he spoke, the cow faded away into thin air. He had nothing to bring home to his mother but the bundle of heath that was lying beside him.
