    There was once a man coming home from town about one o' clock in the night and he had to cross a fort.

    than ever because there were lights shining all round him. He tried to get up but he could not. He was stuck to the ground. Then people came out of the fort and began kicking him till he got up. When he got up he saw a number of people dancing on the road. Then he ran home and went bed and when he tried to get up in the morning he broke his leg and never again did he leave the bed.
