The names of the cows are, Dorothy, Kate, Lizzy, Jessy, Milltown, Hanna, Blue, Peggy. When you are calling calves you call, "Soogay". When you are calling the cows you call, "Howey". When you are calling the pigs you call "Hushey". When you are calling the goats you call "Nanny". When you are calling the sheep you call "Choe". When you are calling the ducks you call "Wheety". When you are calling the hens you call "Chuchy". When you are calling the geese you call "Wheety". When you are calling the turkeys you call "pee pee".

2. Setting of Eggs

   When you are setting a hen you put about fourteen eggs underneath her.
   When she is sitting on them for ten days you take them and put them in hot water to test them and if they jump up and down there is a bird in them but if they do not move there is no bird in them.
   Another way to test them is to take them into a dark place and light
